1. Returns
a) Eligibility:
We accept returns for items purchased on crazyshades.in within 7 days from the date of purchase.
b) Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
c) Exclusions:
Size-related concerns are not eligible for replacement or refund. Our product sizes adhere to the Indian standard sizing conventions. As all our products are uniquely crafted according to your specifications, they are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be made available to other customers.
2. Refunds
a) Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b) Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
c) Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
d) Refund Approval:
Processing: Approve the refund after inspection. Notify the customer about the approval or any issues found during the inspection within 24-72 hours.
e) Payment Processing:
After approval, initiate the refund through the original payment method. This step can be instantaneous or take up to 1-3 business days, depending on your payment processor.
f) Bank Processing Time:
The time for the refund to appear in the customer’s account varies by bank or credit card issuer, typically ranging from 3-7 business days.
3. Exchanges
a) Exchange Process:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
b) Exclusions:
If you discover a valid flaw in our product, kindly inform us within 7 days of the purchase date.
We will provide you with a replacement for the product at no additional charge.
As all our products are uniquely crafted, replacement is only available in the case of a genuine defect. Unfortunately, refunds are not applicable.
4. Return Shipping
a) Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your expense to facilitate the replacement process. We do not offer a reverse pick-up service.
b) Shipping Non-Returnable Items:
Non-returnable items sent to us without prior authorization will not be refunded.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
a) Reporting:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product and provide photos/videos.
b) Resolution:
We will either replace the item or provide a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
6. Cancellations
a) Order Cancellation:
